Starter policy for review: This draft is provided as a practical website starting point and is not legal advice. Have a qualified Kansas attorney review it before relying on it for commercial transactions.
1. Lawful authorization
You may submit only projects you are legally authorized to request. Do not submit stolen files, confidential materials obtained without permission, counterfeit branding, or content that infringes patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
2. Prohibited requests
Forged Customs Manufacturing may refuse requests involving illegal products, controlled or prohibited items, counterfeit goods, malicious devices, unsafe circumvention tools, or items intended to harm people, animals, property, infrastructure, or computer systems.
3. Weapons and regulated items
Do not submit requests for firearms, firearm receivers or regulated components, ammunition components, silencers, destructive devices, explosives, or other weapon components whose manufacture, possession, transfer, or use is prohibited or regulated. The business may decline any weapon-adjacent request even when a customer believes it is lawful.
4. Safety-critical applications
Projects intended for medical use, personal protective equipment, aviation, pressure containment, life support, structural loads, vehicle safety systems, high-voltage systems, food contact, children’s products, or other safety-critical applications require prior disclosure and may be declined unless suitable requirements, testing, certification, and contractual controls are established.
5. Customer representations
By submitting a request, you represent that the description is truthful, the intended use has been disclosed, and the finished item will be used lawfully and responsibly.
6. Review and enforcement
We may ask questions, request evidence of authorization, refuse files, remove stored content, cancel a request, or contact appropriate authorities when required by law or necessary to protect safety and legal rights.
